the place was fairly clean and had great-sized and tastefully decorated rooms. overall experience was really nice.

We stayed at this unique flat for a week and loved every moment of it. The apartment is beautifully designed with a spacious balcony that offers breathtaking sea views. The living room is cozy and well-furnished, and the kitchen has all the necessary appliances. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathroom is well-equipped. The owner, Mrs. Anna, was very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a great location, close to public transportation and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. it provided everything we needed for a perfect stay.

Good sized rooms, amazing place overall!

Fairly clean apartment with lovely location really close to the nearest Edem beach, Athens central, and several grocery stores. Vews of the sea. Location in the middle of the city. Easy access to Ostria, just 20 minutes walk...

The apartment at Unique Flat With Sea View At Edem Beach is simply amazing! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. The living room is cozy with a nice seating and dining area. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. And the best part? Free WiFi!

One small downside is that the oven in the apartment might not be the best. But hey, it's just my personal opinion, others might still find it useful.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, and a fridge. I felt like a master chef preparing meals there! The living room had a cozy seating area and a dining area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying delicious meals with my family. The apartment had two spacious bedrooms, providing comfortable and peaceful nights of sleep. With two bathrooms, there was never a wait for a shower or a bath. It made getting ready in the mornings a breeze.

Street noise can be heard when sitting on the balcony.

The place was so cool, with a Blu-ray player to watch our favorite movies. We had a blast exploring Athens and hitting up the beach, which was just a short walk away. The apartment had everything we needed, like a dishwasher and washing machine, so we could keep the party going without any worries. It was the perfect base for our teenage adventures!

If there was one thing we'd ask for, it would be more nightlife options nearby. We had a great time during the day, but as young party-goers, it would have been awesome to have some more clubs or bars close by to keep the fun going into the night.
